This is an account of Sean's solo journey around the UK and Ireland in 2004. It was the first solo circumnavigation of the UK and Ireland and the first ever to include all the inhabited islands. The 4,500 mile, 183 day journey remains the longest sea kayak expedition ever undertaken in British waters.
